Extra Relief Branding irons (SKU:900002) are fully customizable branding irons made with any artwork, logo, or text.  The extra deep relief offers the ability to brand rough and uneven surfaces.

Applications

• Ideal for: wood that is rough or uneven, leather, foam, PVC
• Good for: wood-smooth and flat, plastics, food

Product Details

• Milled from brass
• High relief – 0.15″ to 0.20″
• Provides less detail than Standard Relief brands
• Manufacturing time 2 weeks

Artwork Recommendations

• Black and white line art
• Ideal line thickness is 1/32″ to allow the brand to knife into the material being branded
• Text
  • 3/16″ tall, or greater
  • 1/16″ spacing between lines
  • Not bold
